The path begins with choosing the right lawyer.
Richard Middagh has worked as an attorney solely representing homeowners and business owners since 2004.

Richard attended University of Central Florida and obtained a Political Science degree from the College of Arts and Sciences in 2001. He went on to attend Stetson University College of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2004.

Thereafter, Richard moved to Miami and, after working for Law Offices of Nora Rilo, P.A., he opened his own practice dealing with insurance claims and litigation on behalf of policyholders and business owners throughout Florida.

Richard believes community involvement is important and vital for every member of the public. Richard supports and serves in the following nonprofit organizations:

• National Board Treasurer and Miami Board Chairperson for D.O.O.R. Network, which is a faith-based network of cities that provides opportunities for service, learning, and leadership development within the urban context by hosting volunteers for a weekend to a year and includes opportunities for individuals and groups.
• Past Treasurer and Board Member for Paragon Partnership, which provides mentorship, housing and personal encouragement to young adults age 18-23 that are homeless or have aged out of foster care.
• Council Member for Christ the King Lutheran Church and Service Co-Chairperson, which provides volunteer opportunities throughout South Florida for our members.
